Where is Rexxar?

Rexxar, Champion of the Horde, has moved to Blade's Edge Mountains in Outland to help out the Horde in the area. In his stead, the Horde Champion Rokaro has taken over, and will now be handling all tasks and quests that previously had involved Rexxar himself.
