How does a Hunter learn new abilities from beasts to share with their other pets?

If a Hunter wants to teach their pet new abilites which other animals know, they will need to tame a beast of the type and level that knows the ability. They will then need to use the beast as a pet until they receive confirmation that they have learned the skill. They can then teach the ability from the beast training menu to another pet.

However, they will need enough training points (as determined by the skill) and the pet will have to be a beast that can learn the ability. For example, turtles will not be able to learn dash. While we don't believe in or condone turtle discrimination, some things just aren't meant to be.
