Priests

Priests "melt faces", and both shadow priests and holy priests can be an enormous headache to deal with. Shadow priests have amazing DPS and good damage mitigation. Holy priests will heal to make up for their DPS.

Shadow Spec
Shadow priests need to be kited and burned down with clever use of scatter shot and silencing shot to keep them at range and interrupt spells. Note that shadow spells have a chance of proccing blackout, a short stun that can undo all our kiting. We can trinket out of this, but often the better use for trinket is to counteract fear.

Holy/Discipline Spec
Against non-shadow priests, we can either opt for a fast fight where we throw out DPS and interrupt heals, or we can opt for a long fight where we kite and viper sting. For the first method, we should unload DPS and use scatter and silencing to interrupt heals. Try to bait the priest into traps, and always assume that a priest running towards us is getting into range to fear. The second method involves just kiting the priest while applying viper sting since priests cannot cleanse the sting. Be aware that priests can summon a mana fiend to regenerate mana. Stand far away when kiting in order to avoid being mana burned or feared.
